We are looking for a HR Data Quality Automation Expert to play a crucial role in enhancing the employee experience through the automation and optimization of HR data quality. As we continue digitalize our HR processes, your expertise will help detect, correct, and prevent data quality issues before they impact our employees' daily operations. By implementing robust controls and validations throughout the HR data lifecycle, you will significantly reduce manual efforts and prevent issues, all while maintaining high data quality standards.
Your expertise in HR process standards and global guidelines will be essential as you design automated solutions that drive root cause analysis and process improvements. Additionally, you'll develop and maintain standardized HR reporting solutions, creating complex operational reports in Oracle HCM Cloud and advanced Power BI dashboards for senior leadership.
