Job Description
Managing the complete life cycle of TMS(Transportation Management System), WMS(Warehouse Management System) and customer integration projects, including initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing of projects to ensure planned results and achieved on time and budget.
•Primary point of contact for the project and will be responsible for providing regular project update to all project stakeholders, as well as serving as the initial point of contact for all project-related escalations.
•Establish methodologies and principles in close collaboration with PMO
•Responsible for project management in the area of software / business solution
•Perform process analysis, improvement and reengineering
•Keeping track of project budget and actuals
•Measure existing processes performance and provide improvement solutions.
•Cooperating with the technical departments and coordinating external service partners
•Coordinating training concepts and executing trainings
•Responsible for the change management and the user communication in the area of software/business solutions
•Implementation set up and create/maintain comprehensive project/end-user documentation
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar
•Minimum 5 years experience in supply chain, logistics IT solutions or relevant sector as an IT Project Manager
•Advanced level both in written an spoken English
•Strong knowledge of MS SQL, MS Asp.Net, C#, Java, Asp script, HTML
•Strong communication and team work skills
