About the Role:

As an Oracle Fusion HCM Document Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing HR documents in Oracle Fusion HCM, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. You’ll work closely with HR teams to design document templates, run audits, and provide user support. Your expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM and SQL will help maintain efficient processes while ensuring legal and company-wide compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR teams to understand document requirements
• Use Oracle Fusion HCM and SQL to create and customize document templates
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with legal requirements and company policies
• Conduct regular audits and quality checks
• Stay updated on system enhancements and recommend process improvements
• Provide end-user support and training on document creation

Your Profile: 

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, focusing on document creation and customization
• Strong understanding of HR processes and HRIS document management
• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience with Oracle BI Publisher is a plus
• Fluent English
