Timely delivery of DHL packages around the globe in a way that ensures customer data are secure is in the core of what we do. You will lead highly motivated teams of OPMS product and BI Data modern cloud platforms. As lead of OPMS DevOps team you will be responsible for the delivery of product roadmap releases and operational excellence. You will lead team of BI data platform architect responsible for delivery of platform roadmap milestones. To steer delivery, you will interact with Express Business partners, business product owner and BI platform owner. Within IT Services you will collaborate with IT Services departments to deliver the best service to business partners. You will report to the Head of Express Solution BI Domain.

• You will contribute to the adherence to our methodological (agile) guidelines. Together with the team, you will develop the delivery planning and its implementation.
• You will assist our stakeholders in planning and implementing their backlog and keep an eye on the product roadmap together with the product owner.
• You will do capacity planning of resources and proactively manage the gaps & surplus effectively.
• You will actively support the team in removing obstacles.
• You will strive for achieving service quality in line with departmental KPIs reducing incident, keeping the product secure from vulnerabilities and ensuring 100% Uptime standards are met
• You will be responsible to support the growth of talents by inspiring their career path and helping to execute their development plans.

• Experience and knowledge of agile delivery methodology as part of one following roles: DevOps Manager, Architect, Lead Developer or Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, tools, and methodologies.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Proficiency in SQL and data warehousing concepts.

Hi, my name is Bojan Jovanovski, and I am Head of BI Express Solution domain. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2004, when I took a role as PM coordinator in the Data Management team. Gaining more hands-on experience with project management in different types of projects has always fascinated me, so I took opportunities to manage different stakeholders and products across the organization growing to Principal PM role. From there, I moved fast through the company ladder and soon landed in role of Head of Sales and Customer Service subdomain. Willing to further grow my leadership skills I helped to established BI Domain and from 2021 I am Head of BI Domain.
