WHAT YOU’LL DO

We're looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager with a strong foundation in design, UX, and performance marketing to join our growth team. This is a hybrid creative-analytical role focused on optimizing the full funnel experience—from ad creative to landing page performance—for paid media campaigns.

As our CRO Manager, you'll collaborate closely with paid media, creative, and web teams to design, test, and iterate ad creatives and landing pages that drive measurable performance improvements. You’ll serve as a strategic partner to creative, a performance advocate with web, and a trusted CRO expert within the digital marketing team.

  • Partner with the paid media team to develop high-converting ad creatives for Meta, Google, StackAdapt, and other platforms.
  • Apply performance-driven copywriting and visual principles tailored to audience segmentation and funnel stages.
  • Lead testing for creative variables (imagery, copy, CTA, format) to uncover what resonates most with target audiences.
  • Design or direct the design of high-performing landing pages with a strong UX and conversion focus.
Collaborate with the web team to execute experiments and implement UX improvements based on test results.
  • Ensure alignment between ad messaging and landing page experience to reduce bounce rates and improve conversion.
  • Develop and execute A/B and multivariate tests across both ad creative and landing pages—from hypothesis to rollout.
  • Own the testing roadmap and prioritize experiments based on business impact, audience size, and potential conversion lift.
  • Use tools such as Google Optimize, VWO, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics to set up, track, and analyze experiments.
  • Synthesize data into clear, actionable insights and regularly present performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Create testing documentation that captures hypotheses, variations, results, and learnings to inform future strategies.
  • Build a scalable and repeatable CRO process within the growth team, ensuring best practices are followed across creative and UX.
  • Stay on top of industry trends in ad testing, user behavior, and conversion science to bring new ideas and methodologies to the team.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure cross-functional alignment for rapid testing.
  • Act as a liaison between the paid media, creative, and web teams—ensuring shared understanding of goals, timelines, and performance feedback loops.
  • Translate data insights into design direction and messaging strategy.
  • Champion user-centric design while balancing brand and performance objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL POSSESS

  • 3–5+ years of experience in CRO, performance marketing, or UX/UI with a strong testing and analytics focus.
  • Experience optimizing both ad creatives and landing pages through structured experimentation.
  • Proficiency in A/B and multivariate testing tools.
  • Strong data literacy and ability to distill complex performance data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Comfortable working in Figma to guide or contribute to visual design or be willing to learn.
  • Detail-oriented, user-obsessed, and highly collaborative
