Description:

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking an Assistant Task Order Manager (ATOM) to support our program at a Remote Capacity.


For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.?



How Role will make an impact:

  • The Assistant TOM (ATOM) will be the alternate point of contact with the MCTSP TOM for all technical requirements in the TO and the supervisor for Contractor employees assigned to this TO.
  • The ATOM will be available during normal operating hours within 45 minutes of notification to meet in person or by phone with the Government PM, MTC-Commanders, and/or the KO/COR.
  • The ATOM's primary place of duty is at the Contractor PMO, preferably located within the NCR area.
Requirements:

What you'll need to have to join our award-winning team:

  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
  • Master's Degree preferably in Management, Business Administration, or related discipline; Graduate of CGSC or ILE (MEL 4)
  • 2 years of experience in management of projects or programs of similar size, scope, and complexity.
  • Minimum of 3 of experience in managing an office executing a variety of contracts covering multiple functional areas.


What Sets you apart:

  • Senior Service College, or equivalent military or DoD Civilian schooling preferred.
  • The TOM will preferably have knowledge of Army Training management.
