The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Helpdesk Analyst II to deliver responsive, first-level hardware and software support for users at remote offices and job sites. This role involves troubleshooting a broad range of end-user devices and network components while helping improve the overall support process and systems.



Position_Description :

What you will do:

  • Respond to technical support requests for PCs, laptops, mobile devices (iOS/Android), and tablets
  • Troubleshoot Windows 11, Active Directory, and common business applications
  • Provide basic support for network devices (routers, switches, access points, etc.)
  • Support and maintain workstation hardware, printers, and peripherals
  • Interface with users at all levels, from support staff to executives and vendors
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams and contribute to system/process improvements
  • Assist in maintaining documentation and participating in IT projects




Position Requirements :

What You Bring

  • A degree in Computer Science or 1+ year of equivalent IT support experience preferred
  • Technical knowledge of current protocols, Windows 11, Active Directory, and modern workstation equipment
  • Understanding of networking concepts and principles (wired/wireless)
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and follow established processes
  • Experience supporting routers, IP phones, printers, and wireless devices
