Visionary Integration Professionals (VIP) is looking for a motivated and driven Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity supporting our Public Sector and Commercial practices. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with lead generation, digital campaigns, and brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

  • Refresh messaging on the website and activate social presence/LinkedIn integration
  • Develop a consistent presence on LinkedIn, Website, and other social media platforms
  • Redefine positioning around QA/IT depth, delivery strength, and integrate real client success stories
  • Explore new narratives around our existing skills and offerings like AI integration/knowledge of market trends, our boutique service/solution agility and speed, possible vertical-specific messaging
  • Be responsible to develop regular touch points via quarterly campaigns or updates with client stories, thought leadership, partner spotlights
  • Assist sales to leverage and integrate AI-based tools to improve prospecting, messaging, and outbound efficiency
  • Consider relevance and integration of prospecting and contact development tools like ZoomInfo, Outreach, etc.
  • Help with better messaging alignment across our Public Sector and Commercial practices

Qualifications:

  • Strong LinkedIn/Salesforce/Social Media skills leveraging AI for marketing purposes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Innovation and creativity to create brand new strategies that attract customers
  • Ability to lead groups and be decisive
  • Collaborative skills to accept and incorporate ideas into strategies
  • Time management and organization to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to recognize trends and stay ahead of them
  • Proficient with analysis and design software
  • Knowledge of internet marketing campaigns
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

The compensation for this position is $70,000 to $110,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. Employees are also eligible for performance-based bonus/ to participate in a performance-based incentive plan. This position is eligible for a benefits package including; medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, 7 paid holidays and flexible paid time off.
