As Director of Revenue Activation, you’ll develop and execute high-impact sponsorship packages across Sidearm’s ecosystem—leveraging school priorities, fan behavior, and platform capabilities to deliver measurable ROI for partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage digital sponsorship inventory across web, app, video, ticketing, and NIL.
  • Collaborate with schools, Learfield MMR teams, and Corporate Sponsorships team to align goals and objectives for major campaigns
  • Use data and analytics to inform pricing, packaging, and inventory decisions.
  • Launch new monetization products for gameday, tournaments, championships and beyond
  • Work cross-functionally with product, partner intelligence, and partner development to build and refine new sponsorable assets

What You Bring

  • 8+ years in sponsorship, digital revenue, or platform monetization.
  • Experience in packaging, pricing, and working across commercial and technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of sports, media, or digital engagement platforms preferred.
  • Data-savvy and focused on delivering ROI to both schools and sponsors.
  • Experience with AI-powered advertising functionality a plus
