Join our Credentialing team as a Provider & Clinic Enrollment Administrator in Yakima, WA! The Provider and Clinic Enrollment Administrator coordinates and manages the enrollment of healthcare providers and clinics into various insurance networks, including Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance plans. This role ensures proper credentialing and maintenance within payer systems for smooth claims processing and reimbursement.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, methodical approach, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

  • Self-Managed and Efficient: Strong time management skills, ability to self-manage with minimal supervision, and maintain compliance with state and federal statutes

  • Effective Communicator: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and stakeholders, including payers and providers

  • Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: Competency in computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, data management systems), ability to develop and implement enrollment processes, and use judgment and discretion to solve problems

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage both provider and clinic enrollment processes

  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of enrollment-related tasks

  • Inform team members and stakeholders of payer changes regarding enrollment

  • Support Enrollment Specialists in complex provider enrollment processes

  • Complete and submit enrollment documents for providers and clinic sites

  • Ensure timely, effective dates by consistently following up on submitted applications

  • Resolve discrepancies and respond to inquiries from managed care, payors, clinics, and billing departments

  • Maintain provider and clinic enrollment records, including effective dates, additions, and terminations

  • Stay updated on laws, rules, standards, and industry practices related to enrollment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant area of study + 4 years of provider and/or clinic enrollment experience with increasing responsibilities OR

  • Associate’s Degree + 6 years of provider and/or clinic enrollment experience with increasing responsibilities OR

  • High School Diploma or GED + 8 years of provider and/or clinic enrollment experience with increasing responsibilities

  • Recognition as a Certified Provider Enrollment Specialist (CPES) within 1 year of eligibility to sit for the exam

  • Recognition as a Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) and/or Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM) is preferred
