The Digital Engagement Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and project support for communication and marketing needs across web, email, and social media as part of the Harvard Law School Alumni Center’s Development Communications team. The Harvard Law School Alumni Center focuses on alumni engagement and development efforts in support of the Law School. This position is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in building their career in higher education and learning more about marketing, alumni affairs, and development.
As Digital Engagement Assistant you will:
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years related experience. Education beyond high school may count towards experience.
Additional Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for people with:
Standard Hours/Schedule: 35 hours per week; Full-Time, M-F. Must also be available to staff in-person and virtual events as needed, particularly during the Fall and Spring Reunion Weekends, usually held on campus in October and April each year.

Work Format Details
This is a position that is based at a Harvard campus location with some remote work options available. Additional details will be discussed during the interview process. All remote work must be performed within one of the Harvard Registered Payroll States, which currently includes Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Virginia, Washington, and California (CA for exempt positions only). Certain visa types and funding sources may limit work location. Individuals must meet work location sponsorship requirements prior to employment.
