Description:
Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Senior Business Manager to support our program at a Remote Capacity.
For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.?
How Role will make an impact:
Process travel requests and bookings per policy.
Review requests for compliance, track in MIS, and obtain Government approval.
Serve as primary contact for travel guidance, training, and coordination.
Train new employees on travel procedures.
Review travel data to identify missing items and verify employee and subcontractor costs.
Audit expense reports for completeness, accuracy, and compliance; coordinate with travelers to resolve issues before approval and update cost data as needed.
Onboard new hires and ensure completion of onboarding requirements.
Coordinate with MCTSP Business Operations, Personnel, and Communications managers.
Requirements:
What you'll need to have to join our award-winning team:
Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
Bachelor's degree subject immaterial. May substitute for comparable work experience.
Minimum 5 years of program support experience in HR administration, scheduling, and operations.
Skilled in budget preparation and maintenance, cost and performance reporting, invoicing, record keeping, cost control, forecasting, and overtime planning.
Experience with booking travel and accounting as well as Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) and Federal Travel Regulation (FTR).
