We’re looking for a seasoned Maintenance Mechanic to lead and support equipment and facility maintenance at our Batesville location. This role is key to ensuring our tools, vehicles, and systems operate at peak performance as we deliver infrastructure solutions across the country.

What You’ll Do

• Take the lead in coordinating and assigning daily tasks to the maintenance team, ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance and timely repair work on equipment and facility systems to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Provide hands-on support and guidance to the maintenance crew, contributing to ongoing training and skill development.
• Quickly respond to mechanical breakdowns, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions to keep operations running smoothly.
• Partner with operations and production teams to plan and schedule maintenance activities in a way that avoids workflow interruptions.
• Keep thorough and accurate records of all maintenance tasks, repairs completed, inspections conducted, and inventory levels.
• Promote a culture of safety by monitoring compliance, enforcing standards, and identifying any hazards or improvement areas.
• Play an active role in hiring, coaching, and evaluating maintenance staff to support a strong, capable team.

What You’ll Need

• 10+ years of mechanical experience, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
• CDL with appropriate endorsements and a clean driving record
• Rigging experience
• Strong math skills and blueprint reading ability
• Physical capacity to lift 70 lbs and work in variable shop and field conditions
• Experience supervising and training maintenance teams is a plus
