Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end production tracking for new launches and replenishment, including workback schedules and status updates.
  • Support replenishment analysts with purchase orders, feature/tab orders, and managing inventory watermarks for key categories.
  • Provide weekly recaps on pending reprints, new launches, and at-risk inventory items.
  • Collaborate with print and production teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Monitor inventory transfers (ASN and POD tracking) and incremental opportunities.
  • Perform ad hoc sales and replenishment analysis to drive decisions.


Qualifications



  • Strong Excel skills (advanced proficiency preferred); familiarity with SQL a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1+ years of replenishment, inventory analysis, or supply chain experience—Walmart vendor experience highly valued.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment a must.
  • Knowledge of forecasting and systems such as Excel, Outlook, SQL, and Retail Link.
