Position Description:

Motus is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Operations Enablement Specialist to contribute to the successful execution of our internal and external enablement programs. Reporting to the Operations Enablement Manager, this role will collaborate with Operations, Product teams, and Leadership to develop and deliver impactful training programs and enablement content. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented proactive, and continuously seeking opportunities to enhance process and platform efficiencies.

Position Duties:

  • Contribute to the creation and continuous improvement of onboarding and training programs to enhance user efficiency and engagement
  • Identify and help resolve inefficiencies in training content and operational workflows
  • Partner with support teams to surface and address knowledge gaps through enablement initiatives, with at least 10 hours per month dedicated to ticketing or shadowing
  • Assist with the facilitation of training webinars for both internal and external users in coordination with the Operations Enablement Manager
  • Maintain and update enablement content in Highspot and Zendesk to ensure accuracy and accessibility
  • Utilize established enablement methodologies and tools to support effective learning and content delivery
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure training content aligns with business goals and platform updates
  • Serve as an Incident Manager, coordinating responses to operational issues with urgency and a structured resolution framework

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in an operations, training, or customer-facing role
  • In-depth knowledge of Motus' systems, programs, and processes (preferred)
  • Comfortable creating and managing content using tools like Highspot and Zendesk or similar knowledge base platforms
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience presenting in webinars or internal training sessions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and a willingness to spend time shadowing or handling support interactions
  • Enthusiasm for process improvement and eagerness to learn enablement methodologies and tools

Where required by law, Motus provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The pay range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidates relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
