Responsibilities

  • Ongoing communication with the Sales Manager and Retailers in support of providing best-in-class product category
  • Plan and launch new products and programs
  • Provide organizational support in areas such as merchandising, warehousing, marketing, fraud control, product replenishment, etc.
  • Primary Liaison with InComm warehouse team to support all kitting and orders
  • Assist with the ongoing management of InComm Auto Replenishment and OOS levels
  • Secure inventory allocations from individual product owners as needed, to get ETAs on new products/initiatives, etc.
  • Forecasting future needs on cards, graphics, displays, etc. based on a formula that includes current sell-through rate, expansion and new stores
  • Support with presentations for business review presentations, promotion summaries, new partner/program proposals and partner alliance
  • Collaborate with merchandising teams on initiatives/resets/addressing problems to resolution
  • Reviewing reports/pictures provided by merchandisers to ensure execution and compliance with account team and retailer strategy.
  • Regular support, troubleshooting and resolution for store level, billing and Customer Service Issues
  • Ongoing Maintenance of databases, including master store lists, fixture lists by store, pricebooks and InComm merchant program files
  • Document issues requiring further action and communicate those actions in writing to the responsible parties
  • Oversee the management and resolution of all issues not resolved through normal Tier I & II customer services support resources
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned


Qualifications



  • 1+ years of Account Management or related experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, work experience may substitute for a degree
  • Point of sale, marketing services or sales experience preferred but not required
  • Prepaid or gift card business experience preferred but not required
  • Strategic account planning skills 
  • Able & willing to travel by plane and/or car domestically if needed
