ResponsibilitiesLean Execution
- Facilitate and support the execution of Kaizen workshops, and other Lean improvement activities on the shop floor.
- Assist in deploying and standardizing Lean tools and templates across value streams.
- Provide necessary training specific to Lean tools and methodology, following up on action plans
Process & Performance Improvement
- Identify, support, and track CI projects aimed at improving performance in safety, quality, delivery and cost.
- Document current processes and support the development of future state workflows in collaboration with stakeholders.
Metrics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPI) related to CI initiatives.
- Provide regular updates and documentation to team to ensure transparency and long-term sustainability of improvements.
Training & Culture Building
- Support the plant in embedding CI thinking and Lean tools at all levels of the organization.
- Participate in internal CI training, coaching operators and team leaders to build autonomy in CI practices.
Promote & Actively Share Best Practices
- Participate in CI network meetings at the plant level and contribute to best practice sharing across departments or sites.
QualificationsExperience and Education Required:Â
- Technical degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in Lean manufacturing execution, workshop experience at shop floor level and participation in improvements implementation.
- Fluent in EnglishÂ
Experience and Education Preferred:Â
- Experience leading Lean workshops at the shop floor level, and execution of improvement implementationÂ
- Knowledge in SAP
- Knowledge in Excel/Power BI
- Knowledge in MES and manufacturing digitalization
