Work within our 4PL team

An exciting role for an experienced manager to focus on our quality, continuous improvement and compliance across our 4PL operations nationally. 

You will be responsible for driving quality improvement initiatives to ensure best in class standards are achieved within our operations. You will ensure compliance to regulatory body directives and develop programmes to enable an ‘audit ready’ standard across the sector operations & facilities.

Your analytical skills will be utilised to measure and track performance for business metrics and will liaise with stakeholders to create a culture of continuous improvement and engagement.

Requirements

  • 5+ year’s work experience in  a Quality, CI, Compliance or similar role.
  • Previous 3PL or 4PL warehousing experience with an airline services environment
  • Sound industry knowledge coupled with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels 
  • Experience within a fast paced and demanding business environment
  • Professional command of MS-Office (Word and Power Point) and excel skill 
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
