Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring optimal transportation routes and schedules for deliveries
  • Monitoring driver schedules and ensuring timely deliveries.
  • POD Management
  • Liaising with internal teams (e.g., logistics, warehouse, customer service) and external parties (e.g., carriers, suppliers, customers) to ensure smooth and timely transportation operations.
  • Monitoring the progress of shipments, identifying potential delays or issues, and proactively addressing them to minimize disruptions.
  • Ensuring all transportation activities adhere to relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

 

Qualifications & Requirements  

  • Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Transport Planning or Logistics Customer Service
  • Able to be based in Shah Alam or Elmina
  • Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English and Malay Languagues
