Key Responsibilities
Ensuring optimal transportation routes and schedules for deliveries
Monitoring driver schedules and ensuring timely deliveries.
POD Management
Liaising with internal teams (e.g., logistics, warehouse, customer service) and external parties (e.g., carriers, suppliers, customers) to ensure smooth and timely transportation operations.
Monitoring the progress of shipments, identifying potential delays or issues, and proactively addressing them to minimize disruptions.
Ensuring all transportation activities adhere to relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration
Minimum 1 year of experience in Transport Planning or Logistics Customer Service
Able to be based in Shah Alam or Elmina
Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
Must be able to read, write and speak English and Malay Languagues
