The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and hands-on Operations Supervisor to lead a high-volume facilities services team within a fast-paced environment. If you're a strong people leader who thrives on the front lines—driving results, ensuring compliance, and building team culture—this is the opportunity for you.


WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Lead a team of 30+ cleaners and floor care staff in a high-security, compliance-driven environment
  • Develops and guides employees; resolves routine employee relations issues, including corrective action; escalates and/or consults with human resources when appropriate
  • Participates in the recruitment and selection process to ensure the team is properly staffed with appropriate skillsets
  • Onboards and trains new employees to ensure proper understanding of policies, work procedures, and use/maintenance of equipment, chemical requirements, and safe work behaviors
  • Assists in always maintaining the environment in an “inspection ready” state
  • Walk facilities daily to inspect quality, ensure safety, and support staff across multiple buildings and campuses —expect extensive on-foot coverage of 2.5M+ sq. ft

  • Coordinate with internal departments and client contacts to ensure service delivery expectations are met or exceeded

What It Takes To Be Successful
  • Progressive experience (3+ years) in front-line operations management, preferably within facilities services/janitorial or related industry 
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
  • Comfortable walking long distances and navigating multi-building sites daily to inspect quality, ensure safety, and support staff

  • Strong background in high-volume environments and hands-on leadership

  • Experience working in aerospace, manufacturing, or secure facilities preferred 

  • Demonstrated success leading teams 30+ employees and optimizing operational processes
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to support employees across 2nd shift operations (3:00pm - 11:30pm)
  • Respond to urgent site needs or incidents quickly and effectively

Clearance

  • U.S. Citizenship 
  • Ability to obtain security clearance

Environment

Environment may also include manufacturing, laboratories, offices, cleanrooms, offices and production areas, interacting with employees and clients throughout the job site. May require long periods of walking, standing, sitting, climbing, bending, reaching, stretching, leaning, stooping, and crawling, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, may require frequent travel to company job sites, the corporate office or other locations for meetings or projects.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $52,000 – 55,000. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
