  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for all channels (existing and new) that are directly linked to the unified business strategy.
  • Act as the primary voice of the customer, providing a structured feedback loop on the market reception of new products, recurring revenue models, and value propositions.
  • Personally engage with key customers and partners to introduce new offerings and strengthen strategic, value-based relationships.

  • Build and manage a modern, data-driven sales engine, establishing a unified sales process and a rigorous operating rhythm based on CRM data and analytics.
  • Drive the successful adoption of new offerings by training the sales team on a value-based selling methodology that clearly articulates the total cost of ownership benefits of Alliance Genuine Parts.
  • Successfully launch and scale sales efforts within new routes to market as defined by the business strategy.
  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing sales organization that is a benchmark for excellence within Alliance.
