Responsibilities

  • Masters or PHD required in a related field and 5 years experience OR Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7 years of experience.
  • Five to seven years of demonstrated successful progressive management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability in setting and achieving organizational goals
  • Strong political skills and ability to interface effectively with internal and external groups
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience in Education Administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage operational resources.


Qualifications



  • Leadership experience in an academic institution preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience in Graduate Medical Education, Board Specialty Requirements and accreditation requirements for GME programs
  • Knowledge and experience in LCME accreditation and Undergraduate Medical Education. 
  • Knowledge of affiliation agreement development and related processes.
