Description:


As the Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of warranty claims and warranty registrations for both internal departments and external partners. You'll work closely with Caterpillar, EPG, TEPS Dealers, and various vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing of all warranty documentation and settlements.


What You'll Do:

*Quote and process used machine warranty registrations for Caterpillar and EPG.

*Process warranty registrations for:

*Industrial Engine rebuilds

*OPT registrations for truck engines (Riggs and TEPS Dealers)

*Generate and send warranty certificates for used machine and CPT/CMCR warranties.

· Review and act on the daily Warranty Report.

· Notify sales team on machine warranty registrations that have settled.

· Accept and process TEPS Dealer and Marketing warranty claim settlements using DBS.

· Review and manage pending Industrial and Truck Engine claims; accept settlements or contest discrepancies.

· Order product literature as requested.

· Build and process warranty claims for external vendors including (but not limited to):

  • Weiler
  • Prentice/Blount
  • C E Attachments
  • Dymax
  • Genie
  • Magnum Pumps
  • Multi Quip
  • NPK
  • NorAm
  • Rockland
  • Trail King
  • Wacker Neuson
  • Sullair
  • Atlas Copco


Requirements:

What You'll Need:

· Proven experience in warranty administration, preferably in the heavy equipment or industrial engine sectors.

· Strong working knowledge of DBS or similar ERP systems.

· Familiarity with Caterpillar warranty systems and third-party vendor processes is highly preferred.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ability to manage large data spreadsheets and reconcile details).

· High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and claim processing.

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across departments and with external partners.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks daily.

· Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently.
