Job Title: AWS Developer Cloud Technology (Master)

AttainX, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Master AWS Developer to collaborate in the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and high-performance applications using AWS services. This role is ideal for an engineer with deep experience in cloud-native development and a strong background in AI integration, particularly with Amazon Bedrock and large language models (LLMs) like Claude 3.7. You will play a key role in modernizing loan making and loan servicing workflows and supporting new development of intelligent automation, maintaining chatbots, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems in AWS-hosted environments.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • AWS Certified Developer – Associate certification (required).
  • AWS Certified AI Practitioner – Foundational certification (highly preferred).
  • 10+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years in cloud-native development using AWS.
  • Proficient in AWS services such as Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, and API Gateway.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon ECS/EKS), and CI/CD automation using tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, or AWS CDK. Experience with serverless and event-driven architectures.
  • Advanced knowledge of cloud technologies, including AWS.
  • Experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs), including hands-on use of Amazon Bedrock to fine-tune, and deploy foundation models for real-world applications such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), summarization, and chatbot experiences.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to troubleshoot complex issues related to cloud-native applications.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize work effectively.
  • Experience with various web-based software applications including Jira & Confluence as well as Desktop productivity applications like Microsoft Office.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident with the ability to obtain and maintain a public trust security clearance.

Job Duties:

  • Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services and best practices.
  • Support the development and deployment of intelligent chatbots and automated decisioning tools using AWS AI services and foundation models.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code using modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, Java).
  • Implement infrastructure as code using CloudFormation or Terraform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, product owners, and DevOps engineers.
  • Automate CI/CD pipelines and promote DevSecOps practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers to ensure that code quality and standards are maintained.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and test cases to ensure the quality of the application code.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of cloud-native applications.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to cloud-native applications, including performance, scalability, and security issues.
  • Ensure applications meet security, performance, and scalability benchmarks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in AWS-hosted environments.
  • Stay current on emerging AWS services and recommend solutions to enhance system capabilities.
