Physical Requirements

Job Summary
This position plays a vital role in supporting efficient operations across the Audiology service line, with a specific focus on hearing aid coordination. The role includes supervising patient services coordination staff and partnering with clinical and administrative teams to assess, plan, and implement workflows that enhance both operational efficiency and the overall patient experience.
In addition to general administrative and supervisory responsibilities, this position will oversee the full lifecycle of hearing aid services. This includes verifying benefits, providing patient financial counseling, assisting with hearing aid tier selection, coordinating ordering and purchasing, managing fitting appointments, and ensuring ongoing device maintenance and support. The Patient Services Coordinator Senior will serve as the central point of contact for hearing aid coordination, allowing Audiologists to remain focused on clinical care.
