Football Revenue Share Advisor
Assists sports program in all areas of roster management/talent acquisition and retention. Assists with player evaluation, recruiting, retention, and building a championship-caliber roster. Serves as a key connection between the sports program, athletic department, and external partners, ensuring alignment with university goals, NCAA/ACC rules, and trends in college athletics. This position will work closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to evaluate and sign student-athletes to Revenue Share agreements.
• Assists with long-term strategy for roster construction, balancing high school recruiting, transfer portal acquisitions, and player retention.
• Assists with all aspects of player evaluation, scouting, and recruitment, utilizing advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making processes.
• Assists in managing player contracts, negotiations, monitors budgets and cap management.
• Assists with strategic relationships with agents, collectives, and key stakeholders across high school, AAU, collegiate, and professional sport communities.
• Manages a calendar of recruiting events and activities associated with talent acquisition.
• Facilitates specialized recruiting projects for the coaching staff.
• Assists with all on-campus recruiting efforts, including the preparation of general recruiting correspondence relating to on-campus visits, the development and oversight of itineraries for on-campus recruiting visits for prospective student-athletes, and any other administrative support in the area of recruiting as requested by the coaching staff.
• Demonstrates strong leadership within a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Maintains compliance with all rules and regulations of the University, NCAA, ACC, state and federal levels.
• Exhibits exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Supervises staff which includes hiring, performance reviews, and documenting disciplinary actions and other human resource administration; manages work schedules and approves timecards; provides professional development opportunities; distributes and reviews work.
Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
