TheManager Demand CenterRole

The ManagerDemand Centerwill be effective performance management of the various Business/Lead Development (BDR) teams.Coordinating execution with external stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales and Operations groups. And supporting the efficient rollout (adoption) of new tools and processes for smarter engagement strategies.They will work with key stakeholders from Sales Leads, Marketing and Operations.

The Demand Center Manager at Qlik is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team focused on generating pipeline and accelerating revenue through strategic outbound and inbound engagement. This role drives the execution of account-based programs, collaborates closely with sales and marketing to align on priorities and messaging, and uses data-driven insights and AI tools to inform targeting and outreach strategies. The manager oversees daily operations, mentors Demand Center Representatives, supports campaign and event execution, and ensures performance metrics are met while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement to maximize impact.

What makes this role interesting?

  • 2-5 years Manager experience in Inside Sales / Lead Development; preferably with technical or software companies with proven track record of facilitating sales and pipeline growth.
  • Strong operational and project management experience. Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple initiatives

  • Excellent written, oral and listening skills required and an ability to collaborate
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills required

We're looking for a teammate with:

  • Bachelor equivalent mandatory, Master or MBA equivalent preferable
  • Other relevant languages would be a plus
  • 2-5 years Management or Managing Managers Experience
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
  • Experience with prospecting tools and techniques (Salesloft/Outreach, 6sense,ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator)

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $100,338.00 USDMIN –$102,0000 USDMAX per year. This position is eligible for a commission within a range of $66,892.00 USDMIN-$68,000.00USDMAX subject to meeting targets set forth in a sales compensation plan Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate's location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs.Qlik offers a comprehensive benefits package.
