POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Professional is responsible for maintaining and expanding dealer relationships & organic growth. This position will support dealers and work with sales support staff to maintain all brand programs, volume requirements and image standards.

JOB EXPECTATIONS/DUTIES

•Maintain good relationships with dealers (customers and prospects) through phone calls, emails & personal visits.

•Growing territory through personal sales activities

•Understand the economics & gross profit of a deal, for each individual dealer (consignment, commission and by the load), and work with sales support on pricing.

•Understand all current & new industry related technology requirements.

•Help sales support with brand standards in assigned territory.

•Communicate brand standards and programs to dealers.

•Maintain sales pipeline through CRM.

•Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

•Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

•Previous retail dealer sales experience is desired.

•Extensive travel including overnights is required.
