Financial Reporting Manager
Summary Job Description
This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Financial Reporting and has the primary responsibility of preparing and ensuring the Company's consolidated financial statements are in compliance with US GAAP.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities
- Assisting in preparation and review of SEC filings including 10-Q's, 10-K's, 8-K's, and Section 16 filings
- Researching financial reporting and regulatory developments which can impact the company and ensures compliance with all regulations
- Reviewing monthly financial reporting that is provided to our senior management team
- Reviewing the work of the Company's domestic and international subsidiaries to ensure compliance with US GAAP
- Initiating process improvements in all aspects of reporting
- Monitoring and assisting with implementation of new accounting standards
- Performing analyses on key metrics to identify trends and analyze variances
- Assisting with internal and external audits
- Assisting with SOX compliance including providing and coordinating deliverables
- Preparing and reviewing ad hoc requests to support senior management's decision making
- Promoting teamwork between finance groups and departments
- Serving as liaison with our BUs and our Technology Data, BI & Analytics teams to utilize Google Big Query and related tools for improved analytics and insights.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
- Active CPA license preferred
- Minimum of 6 years of accounting experience
- Prior SEC reporting experience or public accounting experience with exposure to SEC filings preferred
- Workiva software knowledge is a plus
- PeopleSoft knowledge is a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
- Ability to thrive in an environment of change and openness to new challenges and opportunities
- Ability to work hands-on in a team environment
