Accurate Group, an Industry leader in technology-driven appraisal management and title is seeking an experienced Integration Business Analyst for its growing team. This position is responsible for serving as the vital link between our enterprise systems and all integrated back-office systems, customers, and partners.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute the strategic technology integration roadmap in alignment with the company’s business objectives.
  • Support all existing integrations with clients, providers, partners, and back-office systems.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on all integration activities, including design and project planning for new integrations, setup of new connections on existing integration partners, and support for system integration disruptions.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to assess their potential impact on the business and make recommendations for adoption.
  • Assist in growing the company’s integration footprint to develop additional revenue streams.
  • Elicit business requirements from stakeholders, including user stories and acceptance criteria, to help them refine and clarify the business need and determine a feasible solution.
  • Support team of business analysts and product owners to implement changes and enhancements in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of technology initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Continuous growth in knowledge on Business Intelligence applications, Artificial Intelligence, and Robotic Process automation.
  • Own and maintain the product roadmap for all system integrations, BI, AI, and RPA initiatives.
  • Assist with helpdesk tickets relevant to the duties listed above.


Successful candidates will have the following proven skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or technical certification is preferred
  • Two to four years’ experience in related field and/or training
  • Experience developing processes, with limited resources, designed to streamline business processes and improve customer retention
  • Must have the ability to work independently and as a part of a team to achieve the goals of the organization.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with clients in support of their requests and to establish a relationship. Must work with our vendor partners to set them up for success within the AppraisalWorks ecosystem.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.
  • Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.
  • Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, musical notes, etc.,) in its most difficult phases. Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.
  • Experience in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Additional benefit, but not required, experience using Azure DevOps, SQL, MS Project (or other project management tools).
  • Must have good written and oral communication skills

Job Type: Full-time/ Remote

Salary: starting at $80,000

Schedule: Monday -Friday (average work week 40 to 50 hours with some weekends as needed)
