Lifting, pushing, pulling of objects up to 50lbs; filming outdoors in different weather; walking across fields.

Monday – Friday, Flexible hours depending on course schedules, minimum 10 hrs. per week
Job Summary
Interns will aid the Extension Plant Pathology Specialty crop group in generating material for social media and reference resources. Students will be required to create videos, infographics, and other communication materials for various plant diseases. Applicants are not required to have previous knowledge of plant pathogens or diseases. Working hours are flexible, and a portion of the work can be completed remotely, depending on the applicant. We are seeking highly motivated and creative applicants for this position who can work independently and bring fresh ideas to the team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using cameras, microphones, and other filming equipment, as well as proficient in audio and video editing software . Candidates should also be comfortable using photo editing and graphic design software.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Experience using cameras and other video and audio equipment. Able to utilize audio and video editing software. Experience with graphic design and photo editing.
