This position will float between Good Samaritan, Mt Hood and Salmon Creek locations.

 



Responsibilities

The Outpatient Pharmacy Services Manager is responsible for the operational, financial, clinical, and quality performance goals for the Outpatient Pharmacy Services Division.   

 

The Outpatient Pharmacy Services Manager provides support and managerial assistance to the Outpatient Pharmacy Services Director by managing the daily operations in the outpatient pharmacies and other pharmacy ancillary services that includes: Staffing and scheduling; orientation and on-boarding; education and competency assessment; completing annual reviews; budget monitoring; maintaining and establishing standard operating procedures; promoting evidence-based practices; and implementing quality measures.  

 

The position will have a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships with Legacy Health clinical partners, promoting pharmacy services, and identifying growth opportunities.  Assures compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy required. 

 

Experience: 

  • Five years of pharmacy work experience related to area of responsibility. Three years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
