Join Our Elite Team as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst!

At Leidos, we believe that every intelligence report, every analytical insight, and every strategic brief can make a difference in shaping our nation's security. We’re looking for All-Source Intelligence Analysts to energize and elevate our analytical tasks at a Combatant Command (CCMD) and the Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC) at MacDill AFB.

This posting is for multiple opportunities ranging in years of experience. Level of opportunity, including compensation, will be matched to a candidate’s experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Command the Field of Intelligence: Serve as a crucial force on a large-scale, Joint Intelligence Operations Center program supporting USCENTCOM’s Area of Operations, where your expertise fuels real-world impact.
• Integrate Diverse Intelligence Sources: Analyze and evaluate information from classified and open-source materials, HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, and GEOINT. Your ability to synthesize complex data will be key in unraveling global trends and operational threats.
• Deliver Strategic Insights: Conduct comprehensive research on regional trends, threat actors, political landscapes, and military capabilities. Transform raw intelligence into actionable reports and briefings that empower senior leaders to make informed, decisive choices.
• Become the Regional Expert: Cultivate deep expertise in the dynamics of the CENTCOM AOR—understanding regional politics, economic forces, cultural currents, and military strategies to ensure every intelligence product carries context and clarity.
• Collaborate for Collective Success: Work in tandem with interagency partners, foreign counterparts, and fellow intelligence analysts to develop a fully integrated picture of the operational environment. Your collaborative spirit will enhance overall mission success.
• Leverage Advanced Tools & Methodologies: Utilize cutting-edge analytical tools to process, analyze, and visualize data. Your technical acumen will enable you to evaluate the credibility of multiple intelligence sources while adhering to rigorous security protocols.

Basic Qualifications:

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor’s with 4+ years of relevant experience or a Master's with 2+ years of experience. Additional experience, trainings or certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Well-rounded understanding of the Intelligence Cycle and Production Requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to produce intelligence reports that are clear, concise, and well-organized, following DNI/DIA analytic tradecraft standards. Bonus points if you bring firsthand CENTCOM intelligence experience to the table.
