Leidos’ Defense Systems is seeking a Project Management Analyst to join our Common Hypersonics Glide Body (CHGB) Production Program team. This highly organized and detail-oriented candidate will support the Program Management Office (PMO) in a variety of tasks, including maintaining the program roster maintaining the SharePoint site and coordinating training. The candidate will interface across a cross-functional team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintains the employee roster and coordinates in-briefing and de-briefing with the program security team.
  • Maintain the list of program specific training and ensure required training is applied to employees’ learning profiles
  • Serve as the Sharepoint administrator for the team:  manage user access to sharepoint; upload and organize files as needed; coordinate with functional leads to create and maintain the program dashboard; troubleshoot sharepoint issues.
  • Support the PMO with tasks such as briefing development, program reviews, and data calls, as required
  • Assist in the development of management plans and reports.
  • Other duties as assigned to support the program management team

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) with 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
  • Must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville – North Alabama, AL, area
  • Experience using SharePoint
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical Background
  • Experience working DoD acquisition programs
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Project management experience
  • Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project

Pay Range:

Pay Range $57,850.00 - $104,575.00
