Job Summary

Perform various tasks associated with Treasury Management (TM) products and services. Provides operational support to the TM Operations & Product Manager, TM Sales Officer, Relationship Managers, and business online banking clients. Perform transactions, reporting, research and compiling of data for boarding of online banking clients and clients' annual reviews.

Requirements:

Job Responsibilities

1. TM Customer Service & Operations

· Establish new and maintenance existing clients in Business Online Banking.

· Maintain client files and prepare new legal agreements/contracts for online banking clients.

· Update exception items for over limits and returns on ACH, Merchant Capture and Wire transactions.

· Research, compile data and prepare request forms for the Credit Department for new online banking clients and for annual online banking client reviews.

· Scan and index completed forms in Director.

· Coordinate the opening of new deposit accounts for Commercial clients.

· Process various commercial banking transactions for TM clients such as funds transfer through TMS, deposits, wire transfers, account maintenance etc.

· Handle incoming telephone support for online banking and Treasury Management clients, including merchant capture scanner installation support.

· Create and update procedures for all TM processes.

2. Reporting

· Prepare and review various Business Online Banking monthly reports.

· Prepare quarterly rolling reports for Commercial Banking Officers

3. Other

· Provide back-up to Merchant Services.

· Explain bank services and charges to customers.

4. Other duties as assigned.
