Warehouse Loader Job Summary:  retrieve cartons, pallets, and orders in the correct sequence to ensure customers receive complete and accurate shipments.

  • Use care in the handling of all materials and/or products.
  • Loads cartons/pallets/orders onto truck
  • Accurately retrieve and load orders per RF direction.
  • Ensure correct shipments by verifying order details.
  • Identify and correct errors from prior processes.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and assist other departments as needed.
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain reliable attendance.

Warehouse Loader Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency with standard office equipment.
  • Computer literacy and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of six months of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in the Plumbing/Waterworks industry is a plus.

Certifications and Licenses:

  • Must be able to pass an operator exam and safely operate powered industrial equipment.

  • Frequently required to walk, stand, talk, and hear.
  • Regularly engage in pushing, pulling, carrying, grasping, bending, stooping, and using fingers.
  • Occasionally required to climb, kneel, reach, and lift to 50 lbs.; may occasionally need to lift to 100 lbs.

M-F 12pm (noon) - 9pm or later depending on OT
