Position Summary:

The Global Accounts Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding our global accounts portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and account management. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers for these companies is necessary. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the motion and flow control industry, specifically in areas such as hydraulic hose, fluid power components/design, industrial hose, pneumatics, seals, filtration, instrumentation, and automation as it relates to the customers' needs.

Primary Duties:

  • Develop and execute global strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Maintain and grow a portfolio of global accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to expand market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives and ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Lead contract negotiations and agreements with clients to ensure favorable terms and mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Provide regular business reviews with accounts to assess performance, discuss future opportunities, and resolve any issues with exceptional customer service to address client needs/concerns.

Basic Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
      • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the motion and flow control industry.
      • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
      • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
      • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
      • Willingness to travel 75% of the time mostly domestically.

      • Work is generally completed in an office environment. Frequent sitting, computer work and phone use are required, with occasional walking, standing, bending and lifting up to 20 pounds.

      Salary:

      $120k-$150k/yearly, commensurate with skills and experience.
