In this job you will:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Master Data Collection Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the collection, management, and maintenance of master data across various systems and departments. You will ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.  In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grow professionally.  In this role you will Mentor, train and develop your team and will be responsible to:

  • Ensure Continuous improvement of Collections Functions
  • Partner with the customer to develop a customer focused approach to collections and maintenance of customers.
  • Review credit applications, reporting around customer databases.
  • Actively participate on new customer onboarding initiatives, ensuring clear communication of customer expectations and effectively managing the team's response. This includes conducting thorough assessments of the debt risk associated with new customers to facilitate informed decision-making and foster strong, sustainable partnerships
  • Manage and implement all current and new SOP's for the Master Data and Allocations Teams

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising a team
  • Minimum 5 years credit environment including master data & allocations experience 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven leadership capabilities
  • Advanced Excel experience
  • Analytical nature and process driven personality with a keen sense of urgency
