Responsibilities

We are looking for a Corporate Asset Manager to lead our Corporate Asset Team in supporting ADS’s manufacturing network. In this role, you will oversee the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), support the ADS Forklift program, and work closely with the plant teams improving equipment reliability. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Corporate Asset Team and ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks across all sites
  • Oversee the structure and functionality of the CMMS (Maintenance Connection)
  • Develop and implement standardized maintenance practices and schedules across manufacturing sites
  • Analyze and report maintenance performance metrics to drive improvements
  • Promote root cause analysis (RCA) and Lean methodologies to enhance equipment reliability
  • Support training and development of plant maintenance teams
  • Lead deployment of key ADS programs such as Predictive Oil Analysis, Extruder Screw & Barrel, and Fork Truck programs
  • Conduct maintenance audits and provide performance feedback to leadership
  • Evaluate plant maintenance structures and recommend improvements
  • Manage team hiring and ensure roles are filled with top talent

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 5 years in a maintenance leadership role
  • Experience managing remote teams
  • Background in plastic extrusion and injection molding preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing plant environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%

 

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in CMMS systems and MS Office Suite
  • Hands-on mechanical and electrical systems knowledge
  • Expertise in Lean principles and systematic problem-solving (5 Why, PDCA, A3, etc.)
  • Ability to coach and develop team members
  • Capable of implementing and sustaining change
