As a WAREHOUSE MANAGER, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating all administration, inventory, scheduling delivery of product and warehousing. Maintaining a cost-efficient warehouse operation with high standards of service delivery and accuracy.

Job Summary:


Direct and coordinate all administration, inventory, scheduling delivery of product, and warehousing.



Maintain a cost-efficient warehouse operation with high standards of service delivery and accuracy.



Monitor KPIs and hold team accountable for performance, job duties, and outcomes.



Manage the warehouse team including the recruiting, selecting, training, management, and development of all warehouse staff and supervisors.



Analyze volume trends, product activity, productivity, and equipment and adjusts staffing levels and schedules for maximum efficiency.



Oversee all aspects of safety including adherence to OSHA regulations and CBC internal safety guidelines. Monitor employee work habits to ensure proper
lifting, ergonomics, proper use of equipment, and safe storage. Address and report any unsafe behaviors mmediately.




Ensure proper inspection and preventive maintenance of material handling equipment. Reports any issues to the Safety and Asset Protection Manager.




Manage storage methods, identification and stock locations based on inventory turns and facility layout; determines proper stock locations and
pick sequence.




Oversee warehouse conditions and ensure it is maintained in a clean, orderly, and energy-efficient manner to provide a safe working environment
free from recognized hazards. Recommend repairs or improvements to the Operations Manager and Facilities Manager.




Develop and train all employees on SOPs for picking, wrapping, repacking, verifying, loading and securing all outbound orders.




Ensure timely and accurate inventory counts by assigned personnel. Spot check bin levels and review records to verify inventory integrity. Review
discrepancies and take action to properly validate numbers. Confirm that inventory write-off adjustments are made timely and properly.




All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.



Job Requirements:

Possess Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. Five-years proven
supervisory/leadership experience. Strong knowledge of wholesale distribution. Forklift certification. Advanced communication skills and a proficiency in Microsoft Office
products.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, feel, or handle; employee must regularly
reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand and sit. The employee is occasionally required to
walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk and hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and
occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and the ability to
adjust focus.


While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles,
risk of electrical shock, and/or vibration. The noise level in this environment is usually loud.
