Responsibilities

Complete Building Services is looking for an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to assist the Chief Engineer at a large facility in NW Washington. Strong commercial building knowledge is required. A typical day consists of preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on the following: cooling towers, pumps, hot water heaters, sprinklers, generators, ac units along with other tasks as assigned.

Hours are Mon-Fri 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. 

 

  • Perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis
  • Conduct daily building/equipment tours
  • Assist Chief Engineer as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Salary $27.00 

 



Qualifications



Must haves:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Driver's License
  • 2-5 years' experience in commercial building
  • Basic building knowledge in electrical, HVAC and plumbing
  • Ability to perform preventive maintenance on various types of equipment (see above)
  • Must be dependable and reliable
