Part-Time Instructor in Italian Program, Department of French & Italian

The Italian Program of the Department of French & Italian at the University of Pittsburgh seeks an instructor for two 3 cr. sections of ITAL 0087, Food for Thought: Italian Food Culture. The successful candidate will need to have in hand, at the time of the hire, an MA in Italian Studies and experience in teaching or supporting a similar course (a survey of Italian food culture from the pre-Roman period to issues in contemporary society) in the American post-secondary system.

The appointment is for the fall semester, August 15, 2025, through December 15, 2025. Note that fall semester classes start on August 25, 2025. These classes will be taught in person.
