JOB SUMMARY
Responsible supporting and maintaining the line-of-business systems used by the CRAA including support of the financial team with all EPR related software such as NetSuite, Sheppard, Kahua, Office 365, and other critical application systems. Resolves departmental first level support issues. This position reports to the Manager, Information Technology Operations.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Primary function to include technical support, troubleshooting, and report writing in conjunction with NetSuite cloud-based SAS.
Support Financial team with all EPR related software such as NetSuite, Sheppard, Kahua, etc.
Provides first, second and third level technical support issues primarily for Operations and Common Use relating to hardware, software, and peripherals: documents and resolves service tickets according to service level standards; follows established standard operating procedures in the support of multiple platforms.
Provides first, second and third level technical support issues primarily Common Use related CRAA Digital Applications relating to hardware, software, and peripherals: documents and resolves service tickets according to service level standards; follows established standard operating procedures in the support of multiple platforms.
Resolves first level support issues: support, CRAA Digital Applications in ERP implementation of NetSuite, Sheppard, Kahua, Versa pay, Microsoft Dynamics GP; supports and processes a variety of documentation associated with department/division operations, within designated timeframes and per established procedures: receives and reviews various documentation, including Accounting Department Reports; reviews, completes, processes, forwards or retains as appropriate; prepares or completes various forms, reports, correspondence, and other documentation; compiles data for further processing or for use in preparation of department reports; and maintains computerized and/or hardcopy records.
Contributes to software development life cycle projects with design, development, quality assurance and support. Have knowledge and experience of Microsoft Net 4.0 and above, SQL Server 2018 and above, Visual Studio 2020 above, and Azure Cloud.
Communicates with Aviation Authority officials, supervisor, other employees, clients, vendors, tenants, third party service contractors, the public, and other individuals as needed to coordinate work activities, review status of work, exchange information, or resolve problems.
Operates or uses various equipment and supplies in order to complete work assignments operates and maintains computer hardware and software, copiers, telephone, fax/copier and related office/IT type equipment and supplies; operates a personal computer to enter, retrieve, review or modify data, utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation, Internet, e-mail, or other software; and operates general office or other equipment as necessary to complete essential functions.
Runs Application Team's scrum meeting Create SQL queries to get information out of systems.
Creates Scrum dashboard for tasks for Application Team.
Requirements:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO PERFORM WORK:
Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or related.
Five (5) years' experience in a related field of work.
Or equivalent training, education, and/or experience.
Specific License or Certification Required:
Valid South Carolina driver's license.
