Description :

Arrowhead Winch engineers and manufactures industrial winch, hoist and drive systems under the BRADEN, CARCO and Gearmatic brand names in Broken Arrow and Okmulgee, Oklahoma. We are seeking a talented Data Warehouse Architect and Reporting Analyst to join our IT team. Data Warehouse Architect and Reporting Analyst Overview:

Design data structuring from existing DB2 environment to allow access from modern development tools and resources. This is a critical transformation role within the organization to transform business data into actionable information.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Work with business groups to determine existing data to develop a sustainable consistent reporting environment.
  • Design data structures that use current business data without impacting business utilization on the existing ERP environment.
  • Assist with establishing data integrity rules and sustainable data governance.
  • Develop Business dashboards that reflect status as it relates to the various business areas.
  • Maintain Data Warehouse performance.
  • Familiar with designing, implementing and maintaining Business Intelligence infrastructure.
  • Analyze existing data and work with existing ERP business development to tailor data captured to provide the greatest value to future business decisions.
  • Work with existing business leaders to determine short- and long-term reporting needs and directions.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Electronics Engineering, along with practical experience in related roles.
  • Five (5) to ten (10) years of related experience and professional progression related to Data Warehouses and reporting environments.
  • Proficiency in Data Modeling, SQL, OLAP, ETL tools (e.g., SSIS), programming languages (e.g., SQL, PL/SQL, Python), and multiple database platforms (e.g., DB2, SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle).
  • Database management skills to facilitate data movement between various systems in a timely manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Tableau and Power BI or other related tools.
  • Experience with data transformations and data integrity roles and responsibilities.
  • Mechanical aptitude with an understanding of heavy manufacturing environment and equipment.
