Overview

  • Open and close center, greet member by name, answer phone calls, operate POS, follow all SOP’s, knowledge and use of membership software, update center information and schedule appointments. Provide information and registration for membership, programs, events and classes. Execute superior customer service.

  • Demonstrate knowledge, ability and implementation of all polices and procedure related to the Front Desk operations. Maintain a safe and clean environment. Enroll and process new members.

  • Respond to all emergencies
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.


Responsibilities

  • Public contact training or experience which included exchange of information, goods, or money.
  • BLS HeartCode or CPR/AED certification

Qualifications



  • High School diploma.
  • One year of experience in public contact (such as public service representative, salesperson or receptionist) Prior experience in an upscale environment.
  • Demonstrated success in member/customer satisfaction.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft office applications, database and point of sale.
