Who We Need

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented GovCon Business Development Support Specialist to assist in managing and optimizing our Nextage AI CRM platform. This role supports government contracting (GovCon) business development and capture activities, ensuring our pipeline is accurate, strategic, and aligned with our growth goals. The ideal candidate is experienced in GovCon sales processes and is comfortable leveraging CRM tools to drive actionable insights.

  • Support the use and administration of the Nextage AI CRM platform.
  • Assist with building, tracking, and maintaining GovCon sales pipelines.
  • Conduct PWIN (Probability of Win) calculations and assessments.
  • Provide support in capture and business development efforts, including opportunity tracking and follow-up.
  • Research and identify new GovCon opportunities using platforms such as SAM.gov, GovWin, and agency forecasts.
  • Ensure data integrity and timeliness of updates within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with capture managers and proposal teams to align pipeline with strategic priorities.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to support executive-level decision making.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience supporting GovCon business development and capture efforts.
  • Strong understanding of the government contracting lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably Nextage AI (or ability to learn quickly).
  • Familiarity with PWIN methodologies and pipeline management best practices.
  • Excellent research, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with GovCon intelligence tools (e.g., GovWin, SAM.gov, FPDS).
  • Understanding of federal agency procurement trends and priorities.
  • Experience working in small to mid-sized government contractors.

Salary and Benefits

The range for this position is between $XXXXX and $XXXXX. Actual salary will be negotiated with this position’s Hiring Manager and can vary depending on the following factors: Billable contract and labor category, experience, skills, education /certifications/ licenses & geographic location.
