  • Tailor existing content and boilerplate material for each opportunity.
  • Maintain consistent tone, format, and branding across all proposal documents.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

  • Ensure strict compliance with solicitation instructions (Sections L & M), FAR/DFARS, and agency-specific guidelines.
  • Review and edit documents for grammar, clarity, compliance, and persuasive impact.
  • Coordinate development of proposal graphics, charts, and visual aids with design resources.

Content & Process Management:

  • Maintain a well-organized proposal content library (past performance, resumes, templates).
  • Contribute to the evolution of proposal development tools, templates, and best practices.
  • Lead post-submission debrief reviews and lessons-learned sessions to improve the process continuously.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business, Technical Writing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and writing federal proposals.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the federal acquisition process and proposal compliance.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
