FirstDiv is seeking an experienced Program Analyst IV to lead financial and programmatic analysis in support of JPM CBRN Sensors. The analyst will manage cross-functional coordination, budget reporting, and acquisition taskers for a portfolio of advanced CBRN detection programs.

The contractor shall perform the following task(s):

• Develop and maintain ASRs, POM inputs, spend plans, and milestone packages.
• Monitor financial execution using CCaR, GFEBS, PMRT, and PDAA.
• Track program milestones, action items, and responses to HQDA/JPEO taskers.
• Draft executive summaries, acquisition documentation, meeting minutes, and strategic reviews.
• Support agreements (7600A/B) coordination, execution, and amendments.
• Analyze acquisition strategies and financial tradeoffs across portfolio programs.
