We're now looking for a Contract Administrator to join our team

?A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Administrative tasks within the admin team and supporting the wider success of the contract

• Ownership and management of a number of Excel trackers

• Making phone calls, sending emails and data inputting

• Shared email inbox management

• Processing weekly invoices from key suppliers

?THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Confident using MS Outlook (emails) and Excel – function
• Good attention to detail for data input into various system
• Good Communication Skills - Confident making phone calls
• Excellent time management
