Responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of assignments and follow-ups on outstanding issues.

• Maintain compliance with customer requirements and relevant authorities.

• Coordinate with vendors, purchasing, and logistics via email.

• Manage and update reports including Inbound Master, Discrepancy, Receiving Detail, ILPN Put Away, and Outbound Order Detail.

• Oversee ASN verification and WMS transactions for receiving, storage, and dispatch.

• Monitor picking, packing, and outbound order progress; assign tasks accordingly.

• Prepare shipping documents such as Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Delivery Notes.

• Maintain inventory accuracy in WMS and internal tracking files.

• Process GRNs and Purchase Order Posting Reports.

• Update Item Master Data and respond to system alerts (API/WMS).

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics or Business related field
• Minimum 1 year in warehouse operations environment 
• Detail Oriented
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines
• Good communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
